On Sunday May 30th, 2013 I together with students of Xavier Medical University Aruba helped raise funds for Chloe Veronica, a 2 year old girl that almost drowned in May 2013. Veronica has to receive intense therapy and guidance for her recovery.

At the moment of the fundraising Chloe was in the Netherlands for her treatment, and the fundraising was organized to bring her back to Aruba were she can continue to receive the necessary guidance and support from local specialists.

During the Fundraising the students from Xavier University offered a medical check-up, to raise funds for Chloe and other children in similar situations. Finally I was able to donate 2500 Aruban florins (approx. US $1400) to help bring Chloe back to Aruba. Most importantly both Xavier University and I wish that Chloe Veronica and other children in a similar situation receive the medical attention and guidance they so desperately need and deserve, and we hope that Chloe recovers well!
